In Booth #6 sits an old iron bed. It is set apart by the emblems on the head and foot. If you look closely, you will see the emblem is an American Eagle and a crossed key and sword. The bed also has some hoop castings that were meant to hold a modified canopy netting as stated in this article found at cathousebeds.com.
According to the article, the old iron bed in our antique mall was used by an officer in the field. These beds are called Quartermaster Beds or Campaign Beds.
This bed would look great in a guest room with a rustic quilt on it.
